The underscore replaces characters outside the a-z and 0-9 ranges. This is a security procedure to prevent any errors in creating the folder on Windows/Linux/Mac systems when the chapter's title contains characters that could not be allowed by the operating systems for folder names. I'll try to improve this in the next version
