A better folder naming scheme.

Something that would include the scan group name, or just auto assign a number prefix for each chapter folder (like what FMD does) may be useful. Especially for handling same chapters by different groups.

Also, having the manga's name in the folder would be nice.

Ok, next version will let the user to choose a custom filename by selecting between different possible patterns
