Can’t install Themes

Whenever I try to install a theme, it now says:

“Unable to delete Custom Theme’s row from the database.”

I downgraded from 3.70 trinity to 3.65 h-encore.

It was working perfectly fine in 3.70 but now it doesn’t.

Try to restore the database from the recovery menu, maybe it got corrupted in some way during the downgrade. If it does not work please try also to completely uninstall the CTM app and install it again from scratch
