System crashed after trying to install

After rebooting, the system asked me to update firmware and format my memory, theme did not installed I couldn't see my apps and games, everything is a mess I don't know what happened, please help

Mmh, frankly this is the first time I read about a similar issue and I really don’t think a simple custom theme could cause it. What firmware are you using? What have you done before to get this issue precisely?
