C2-12828-1 always happen when trying uninstall

I’m using CTM v4.00 on HENkaku3.65

When trying to Uninstall themes, always C2-12828-1 happens at same percentage of load progress. Also I can’t delete theme from system setting

Probably a corrupted file or a corruption in the database, try to restore it (if you have a backup in the app or from the recovery mode). Please note that you’ll lose any custom theme installed

There has no backup in CTM. How to enter the recovery mode? it’s ok I lose all custom themes, but will I lose my downloaded games and my saves by entering recovery mode?

To enter recovery mode you need to shutdown your PSVita and then power up it by keeping pressed for 5 seconds the Power, PS and R buttons:

Don’t worry about your official games and saves, the only things you’ll lose are the custom ones (custom themes, custom bubbles, custom icons, etc…), nothing of official will be lost.
