Can't deleite CTM vpk

Former user created an issue

I had an issue with a custom theme no long time ago I just deleted them in the app, 2 months later, today Ive foto the dame issue (theme does nota work anymore ) y tried to deleted it and It gave me a GPU Crash, therefore I tried to deleted the app but ir get stuck in the unistall, and I'm force tio hard reset
