Tried everything all the way to re programming my vita keep getting json error also know its nothing to do with my internet service just want to know If issue will be fixed been use you guys for a long time.

The online repository (http://psv.altervista.org/) has been closed, so the downloading feature of this app can not work anymore (since its only source, the online repository, does not exist anymore).
