As already stated in this other issue, I already tried to add support for this website but it seems that images on their server are encrypted on the file itself (the program could download their images but the result was similar to this https://cdn-img.tonarinoyj.jp/public/page/2/13932016480029106324-4d8fdc4cd6ec6c05626d5fb819ff08e9 ) and so you need to literally manipulate the image file to rebuild the original picture like a puzzle and this was too complex and far from the aim of this program

v10 released, since I had to write a similar function to decrypt pages of Japscan, I added the full support for Tonarinoyj too ;)
