Adding Kissmanga support

At first, thank you very much for the excellent piece of software, which is much appreciated. I'd like very much to download from Kissmanga site, too. May you please consider to add support for this site? Thank you very much, in advance.

It should not be a problem to implement it, unfortunately I have seen that the website has the antibot protection of cloudflare active in a perennial way, so it will require to bypass it before we can download (like it happened with batoto when he used it too). I'll try to add the support in the next version
