Support Joint Groups for Group Name on MangaDex

Currently there is a bug where only the second group of a joint is written to the file name. This can sometimes cause files to be overwritten when a chapter has both a single group and a joint with that same group.

Most frequently this occurs if some random person re-edits a chapters and and adds themselves as a fake joint group, but other times of re-releases are also possible. It also makes it impossible to tell if a release was a joint or not without checking the source site.
