Can't activate buttons/levers in permagensokyo

Don't know if this is intentional, but I'm getting a permissions block on switches and the like in permagen. I'm at less than a day of playtime so it could just be I'm not allowed, but this does hinder exploration so maybe not.

Can't seem to recreate the issue. Perhaps a one-time derp or the like. Do note if it happens again, though.
