permissions in kagome

Hi,

Currently none of the doors buttons or anything really involving redstone can be used by anyone senior and under in kagome. Normally I would just wait until this is resolved but the buttons are needed to operate the ships at the docks/airport. it would be greatly appreciated by everyone if this was resolved
