[1.16.5] Instant crash after using Mekanism Digital Miner with Effortless Building

1.Install Mekanism(i use full(with modules) and Effortless Building together
2.Place Digital Miner and make tag search ore or whatever what makes him dig something
3.Got a nice crash with corrupted world because after reload miner still trying to dig and crash whole world
Multiple got at nl.requios.effortlessbuilding.EventHandler.onBlockBroken(EventHandler.java:109) in log (if it help)
Normal buildmode without modifiers
Survival and Creative, both
