Planning mode

Could you add a function to use this mod to plan buildings? Like allowing to use JEI to pick blocks on survival, but only place them in preview/holographic mode and after that show needed resources.

Certainly an interesting idea, and a popular one according to the poll https://strawpoll.com/ouz61h52u/r Might be tough to implement tho, I will consider it for later (after roof build modes are implemented)
