1.14.4 glitch

Hello! Ive been having this weird visual glitch with the efortless building mod on 1.14.4 for awhile. Ill put a video to fully understand what im talking about. When I press alt and try clicking one of the options, it starts glitching, and the only way to select one is by moving my view around as shown. This happens on survival and creative.
