[1.18.2] Item duplication. Create mod incompatibility.

Not sure if the issue is with Create or Effortless Building, but when you have an effortless building mode enabled and you use the Create wrench to break an item, the item is added to your inventory without actually breaking.

Steps:

1. Toggle an effortless building mode (ie a line)
2. Hold the Create wrench and shift + right-clicking to break/dismantle a Create part.
3. Watch as the item isn’t broken or dismantled but the item is added to your inventory as if it was.

I have also reported the bug to the Create devs as well, here.

Ir also allows to dupe the inv of thw create block like any item in a chute etc

a blacklist for holding items would solve that issue like only allow effortles building to funktion if im not holding a forge wrench tagged item

Fixed in 2.37. There is no blacklist, but I simply don't cancel the block breaking event when you don't have a block in hand. (OK maybe not 'simply' but thats the best way I can explain it)

Sorry to bump a resolved thread, but I was playing on a modpack called Create Flavored, which uses version 2.37, and it seems that the bug is still happening.

The modpack is on Minecraft version 1.18.2 and uses Create version 0.5.0e. As far as I can tell this is the latest Create update for 1.18.2.

The bug is happening pretty much exactly as described in the original post.

It’s also worth mentioning that it is incredibly game breaking, as you can duplicate any item by performing the bug on a depot holding it.
