QuickReplace Mining Level Config

Would it be possible to have a config for the maximum mining level quick replace can swap with? Quickreplace is an amazing feature, but since stone and similar blocks are so common to encounter when building, it loses use quickly. If you might be concerned about balance, you could have a config to destroy drops that don't match mining level (as would normally happen when you try to mine something with an underpowered tool)
