[1.12.2] Effortless Building breaks aerial affinity enchantment

Issue #141 wontfix
DeleteMetaInf created an issue

Aerial Affinity is a mod that adds an enchantment which removes the mining speed penalty whilst flying or otherwise mid-air. That enchantment does not work with Effortless Building installed, unless increasedMiningTime is set to false in Effortless Building’s config. With that set to true, as it is by default, you still have the mining speed penalty whilst mining during flight or otherwise mid-air, despite wearing a chestplate with the aerial affinity enchantment on it.

This is presumably a bug, as this occurs with no Effortless Building building mode enabled (the mode is set to normal, and quick replace is off). That config option is only supposed to affect mining time whilst breaking multiple blocks, but it also prevents the aerial affinity enchantment from removing the mining speed penalty whilst mid-air.

This occurs in an instance with only Effortless Building and Aerial Affinity installed.
