Certain Blocks Do Not Drop Like They Should

Having Effortless Building installed prevents the Mob Grinding Utils Singularity Tank and XP Drain Singularity Tank from being hand (or pickaxe) breakable like it should be.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Mob Grinding Utils and Effortless Building
• Then in survival mode, place and break a Singularity Tank block.

What should happen: The singularity tank drops and can be picked up.

What actually happens: The singularity tank gets destroyed.
