Add a hotkey to toggle between last used EB and vanilla build mode

It’s uncommon for me to need to use EB for multiple mass-placements in a row. For example, I might place a wall, then want to place some lanterns on the wall. It’s a bit annoying to use the radial menu to go back to vanilla every time I just want to place one block or do some other small-scale tweaks. Also, I’m not swapping between walls and floors and lines that often, so it would be nice if I could just do a wall, do a few bits of vanilla then toggle the wall back on without using the radial menu. A single hotkey that toggles between the most recently used EB mode and vanilla mode would solve this issue for me.

Version 3.1 has this now. I added 2 keybinds (unbound by default): one to switch between your previous build modes, another to switch between vanilla and your previous build mode.
