[3.1] Doesn’t Work in Survival :(

I’m on forge 43.2.14 with just EB 3.1 and flywheel 0.68.a and when you place a block with any build mode active it instantly disappears in the world. There isn’t any overlay like you would be in building mode, but when you click your inventory space that had the blocks you'll get them back. This happens regardless of any power level in my testing.
