I installed the new version of EB (effortlessbuilding-1.19.2-3.3.jar) and it doesnt work. I tried searching Flywheel 0.6.9, but i couldnt find it. can someone help?

Try removing flywheel from your modlist. Flywheel 0.6.9 is not available on forge, only on maven, it should download it by itself.
