[1.14.4] Shulker Box contents erased if placed in Normal+ mode

Former user created an issue

I placed a shulker box filled with stuff without realize I was in Normal+ mode, and when I opened the shulker it was emtpy.

Gamemode: Survival Mode: Normal+
