Craft when activating the menu (it worked before)

Added it to Stoneblock 2, was holding some compressed gravel and wanted to look something up so I pressed the "ADD" button, then I crashed.

Added extra checks to buildsettings.getRadialMirrorSettings() and the like. Fixed in version 1.0.1 which will be released tomorrow (in case more issues come to light in the meantime).

Fixed issue #8 Craft when activating the menu. Fixed being able to mine bedrock. Whoops. Fixed grass and flowers instabreaking other blocks.
