Add support for different Block Providers

Hello! I am the Author of Builder's Bag, which adds a bag that can be used to build. It can create resources using a complex module system, but that doesn't really make a difference here.

I saw that you had built-in support for /dank/null/, the bag has quite a similar functionality in that sense. I wondered if it would be possible to add an Interface that Items which can provide blocks can implement, similarly to how BetterBuilder'sWands handles it: Source. An implementation like that would make it easy for me and other mods to add compatibility for your mod (which is very nice btw).
