Mostly graphical glitch when breaking chest

I attached a snip of what happened. I opened a chest but seem to have clicked strangely or something and it thought I was trying to break them. The only reason I didn't mark this as trivial is because I was in normal build mode but it appeared to think I was breaking in cube formation. When that happened it showed my NEI/JEI item panel. Should I also include my modlist? Thanks!
