[1.12.2] Only Normal replace or floor replace modes work

Weird issue I’m having in a fresh build of 1.12.2 (modlist below) where the only things that work are using the replace option in normal mode (the block preview shows up as normal/replaces the block) or replace flag on in floor mod, works fine. Every single other mode picked from the radial just doesn’t work. No block previews/etc and if I try to perform the action, it draws the blocks like its going to do something but then they just dump back into my inventory.

FYI - this is possibly the best quality of life mod ever as a survival only player and I can’t thank you enough (I legit have never had a creative world .. they’re boring )
