Add an add/subtract button to buildings

Adding a button would be much more convenient than rewriting the number whenever I buy or sell a building.

    The "Add" button has already been added. Hit ctrl+f5 to refresh the page if you're not seeing it. I will add 'subtract' button later.

    Having played around with the subtract button, I've decided against adding it. It's not really useful in normal intended workflow compared to the space it takes. Might add it later with couple other technical changes to the layout.
