Unlock and add

What is the difference between buttons "Add" and "Unlock and Add" for a locked upgrade ? They seem to have the same effect for me...

    The "Unlock & Add" button adds the upgrade and everything it requires (like the last tier upgrades require 100 of the appropriate building). I have slightly clarified this and the tooltip now reads "Add with requirements".

    Hopefully that helps.
