Halloween cookies in Build Order

Due to the nature of the beast, the halloween cookies can't be purchased en masse just by having enough cookies for them. That means that in Build Order, the seven equally valuable upgrades rather clog the list.

My suggestion would be to either omit them altogether (like Research) or alternatively to consolidate them somehow into one item in the list. Simply saying you've purchased them when you haven't could subtly disfigure the calculations, particularly upgrades vs buildings.

The Halloween cookies are no longer in the build order list similarly to the Christmas cookies. I may need to come up with a slightly better implementation in the future, but for now, they are completely omitted from the build order.
