x_mas in build order

the Christmas buildings are still appearing in build order, without a possibility to purchase them. please remove or add a skip button.

    The christmas upgrades are no longer included in the build order and are hidden from the upgrade list, unless you have at least 5000 heavenly chips (required to purchase the season switcher upgrade).
