Bingo research things not italic although bingo center isn't there yet

I get a recommendation to research Specialized chocolate chips and Designer cocoa beans although I don't have the bongo center yet. The two researches aren't in italic to show that they are not available yet.

The optimizer didn't support unlock conditions based on other upgrades. I added this in v1.3 and the research upgrades are now properly displayed. They also have little icons indicating they are research upgrades to improve readability. (use ctrl+f5 to refresh to see the icons properly).
