Pledge CPS Cost

I believe that the Pledge CPS cost hasn't been revised to the new patch.

It currently shows ~153M, which would mean x60 ~9.2B per minute, x60 ~ 550B per hour, when it actually costs ~4,4T to activate (for one hour) in v 1.0375

    Thanks for reminding me about this. I was thinking it might have changed, but I never bothered to verify it. The issue has been fixed in v1.3
