Building value doesn't match suggested build order

On the buildings list, the animator condenser has a 100% value, a Prism has 70.169% value. Even Cursor, Grandma, Mine Shipmet and Time machine have percentages higher than Prism. None the less, in the Build Order tab, the first 3 recommanded purchases that are buildings are Prisms.
