Log Viewer tab - automatically create / renew trace flag on Salesforce

Hi,

when we open the Log Viewer tab, we would like that it automatically 'registers' logs (create / renew trace flag) on Salesforce. At the moment we have to open either developer console, manually add / renew trace log, change log levels in IDE etc... It should be done automatically when opening the log viewer tab, or maybe just add a button there to manually create / renew a trace flag.

Automatic renewal isn't there yet, but 2.0.7.8 makes it quite simple to renew expired trace flags. Check out this short demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_JWh52IEaA.

The IDE's own trace flag should be automatically renewed as necessary, and it's simple to renew other trace flags from log settings. Please let me know if I've misinterpreted the request.
