how to prevent overwriting code changes on the server

Hi Scott,

I have an issue with overwritten code.

We have two devs who works at the same sandbox (I know its not the best practice.) When I save my code to the server, I do not have information if this class was updated on the server.

How can I get the same functionality as in Eclipse?

What settings did I miss?
