Do not prompt to save an unmodified Scratch org Definition

Every time I create a scratch org in IC2, it prompts me to save the definition file, even if I haven't made any changes from the file I loaded. (The file needs to be saved because sfdx is given a path to the file when invoked).

If I haven't modified anything about the org features or preferences when I create the new scratch org, don't prompt me to save the definition file.

This is a great idea as it drives me crazy as well! I'll take care of it in an upcoming build.
