Filtering in addition to (or instead of) searching in build options dialog and metadata subscription editor

For example when you bring up the File Structure dialog and you start typing it filters the view to only display those matching what you typed.

I would like to see similar behavior in the deployment dialog select metadata box.

Does that make sense?

Yeah, that makes sense. It already does a search, but you'd like to see it filter based on what you type as well to provide a more focused view. The searching capability is a feature of the checkbox tree component. I'm not sure if it supports any type of filtering, but I'll investigate. It'd be great if it was just something that I could enable, but my guess is that I'd have to implement the behavior which, with that already complex component, won't be trivial. Good recommendation, though! I could certainly use this myself quite frequently.
