Enhancement: Update Subscription AFTER success deployment

Using IC in IDEA, when I select component to Delete, the metadata subscription is updated, then the destructive deploy is attempted. If the deploy fails, the component is no longer in my project, so I have to retrieve from the org and try again.

Suggestion: attempt the Deploy, then if it succeeds, update the subscription. Re-deleting a component that does not exist in the org doesn't cause problems, and this would leave the component in my IC project to adjust/etc and re-delete.
