Ability to delete logs before test run

Within IntelliJ, as part of a test configuration, there is the ability to run some task prior to running the tests. Given recent changes in SF log behavior, it's useful to clear out your logs before running a suite of tests. It would be quite handy if there were a task available that could be configured to run before running the tests.

Resolving this since the issue that motivated it--constantly being told that you had exceeded your log space allocation--has long-since been addressed in the Salesforce platform.
