2 classes with no name listed in deployment scope selector

I'm not sure how to reproduce this - I've done a full deploy, re-generated my OST and refreshed the deployment context and I still have 2 classes at the top of the list with no name:

My guess is that this is another side-effect of the eventual bad state you were seeing that resulted in the PsiInvalidElementAccessExceptions in your idea.log. I'll put out a fix for that Tuesday morning and then hopefully you won't see this type of behavior any longer.
