Completion/formatter/reference injection support for <formula> workflow tag

For standard connection (not DX) there is no possibility other than manual one to format complex formula for workflow rules. Formatting so far supports only single indentation depth and line length.

It would also be nice to have contextually-aware code completion and reference injection (i.e., navigate the referenced fields, etc.) support in the editor.
