Add a possibility to exclude files from being deployed to SF org in resource-bundle

Hi Scott, like in the title, the idea is to be able to select some files/folders that should not be deployed to SF when using the resource-bundle functionality.

Use case: using node within the resource bundle and preventing the node_modules folder from being deployed to SF.
