SandboxPostCopy should be an interface rather than a class

Currently the offline symbol table generates SandboxPostCopy as a class. Per the documentation, it should be an interface.

Thanks for reporting, Kyle. Sounds like this is being reported improperly by the Tooling API's Apex completions REST resource. I'll report that to Salesforce, and I also have a way to correct these in IC itself. I'll include this correction in the next build.
