Registered Events are not recognised as attributes

As well as capturing component events using a handler, lightning supports handling events from a child lightning component by setting a handler as an attribute from the parent to child lightning component. The capability is documented here: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.lightning.meta/lightning/events_component_handling_child.htm.

Illuminated cloud should recognise the binding to these events as valid attributes and allow navigation to the event declaration.
