Resolving as a duplicate of issue ~~#49~~ (feel free to cast a vote for that one if you'd like). Yeah, there isn't any real support for Lightning right now, but that is my next priority after deployment/retrieval enhancements, so it won't be long!

Note that while you can develop Lightning components/apps in IC, you'll need to deploy all metadata routinely because if you just use the deploy-on-save functionality, the Aura bundle contents don't deploy together and the server sees the bundle as incomplete. If you deploy the module's contents, you'll be fine (albeit without highlighting, completion, etc.).
