Ability to automatically create a test class when creating an Apex class

Hi,

It would be great if when we create an Apex class IC would give us the option to automatically create the associated Test class.

This is related to one logged by Kevin Poorman about being able to create multiple related files at the same time and have them properly cross-correlated. Might be possible to merge them into a single enhancement request.
