Apex PMD support is not using custom XPath rules defined in ruleset.xml

I'm running the latest IC2 on the latest InteliJ and "Inspect Code" using PMD 6.11. I point the setting directly to the ruleset attached here and my code contains an invalid System.debug (I have tested this custom ruleset in the CLI)

But IC2 is not reporting a problem.

I'm pretty sure this was resolved quite a bit back. Feel free to reopen if not.
