If possible, it would be great to support WebStorm in addition to IDEA. With force.com, we just don't need much Java support, or other high-end features found in the full IDEA license. We at least need JavaScript, GIT, and now Illuminated Cloud.
No idea what IC depends upon in IDEA, but WebStorm does obviously support plugins, so maybe it is possible. This would make it a lot easier to roll this out to the full team.

#65. Please feel free to cast a vote there. I'm definitely trying to find the best way to add JetBrains' full HTML/CSS/JS support to IC for VF and (soon) Lightning at a low price point without losing key features.
