Offline activation not allowing license key entry

I am trying to add the illuminated cloud 2 license by offline activation in my IntelliJ. But I am not able to see the License Key. So even when I click on generate button in offline request, any code generated doesn't provide a offline response in browser.

Please download the attached build and install it using Settings/Preferences>Plugins>Install plugin from disk (found under the gear menu now). Do not extract the downloaded archive. It's the same as the official build except that it doesn't hide the license key entry field in offline activation at all. I hope it allows you to work around this issue until I can figure out what's going on.
